Viator is a French saint of the fourth century. Tradition has it that Viator was a catechist at the cathedral of Lyons. Viator was well known and respected, especially by the bishop of Lyons, Justus. Justus later chose to live in seclusion and prayer as a hermit in Egypt, and Viator decided to accompanied him. Both Viator and Justus died in 389 AD.
